1. 根据凉菜份量大小决定基础食材份量，处理好比例为 **1：1：1：1：1**。
2. 凉油尽量**浸没**基础食材份量，烧至**七成热（冒烟即可）**，**分三次搅拌浇入**基础食材（充分激发香味）
3. 根据个人口味添加附加味道，可以**少量多次加入**。
4. 手抓凉菜和拌料充分入味，可放冰箱冷藏风味更佳！
