<p>岁月可真是把猪饲料啊!😔😔😔</p>
<p>三年你知道我这三年怎么过的么27 斤27 斤五花肉啊!😵😵😵</p>
<p>之前高中的时候,体育特长生,身材还算一级棒。如今呢,猪饲料 y 越吃越多,真的是毁灭吧!天天拍着日渐丰满的小肚腩啧啧啧。平时也不是没有锻炼,主要就是吃的饲料太多了,运动强度达不到,吃的又多,只能一路小跑的发胖了……</p>
<p>下班之后我是懒得去健身房的,练完之后还要通勤,我就想洗个澡,直接躺了。再有就是上班的时候跟一群吊毛斗智斗勇,没有心力来场高强度锻炼了。而且如果高强度训练没有坚持下来,非常打消积极性。毕竟要学会尊重人性,啥事单靠毅力是坚持不久的。</p>
<p>目前,我正在践行《三一计划》,家里也买了一些精巧好用的健身器材。未来体重还是要保持在合理的区间范围内的,简单来说《三一计划》是这样的:</p>

<p>小于 140 斤:不减肥,要吃吃吃了。</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>150 斤左右:正好,继续保持。</p>
</li>

<p>大于 160 斤:必须要控制饮食,保持运动了。</p>

<p>三:每周 3 次 1.5 倍基础心率 30 分钟的运动。</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>一:周末 1 次 2 倍基础心率 30 分钟的运动。</p>
