<p>目前寻找到一个合理的时间安排方案《一刻工作法》,简单来说就是<strong>任何具体的任务量由至少一刻(15分钟)构成</strong>,一天两个小时,8 个。一周最少 12 小时学习时间,满负荷安排就是 24 小时。这样简单的规划下来共有 48~96 个时间片。关于任务规划,需要具体到需要多少时间片,单个任务时间片不允许超过 8 个(防止错误估量)。</p>

<li><strong>看板</strong>:利用看板快速存档,恢复学习环境,避免每天无法快速开始学习。</li>

<li><strong>计划</strong>:目前采取周计划、季度计划安排工作。</li>
