<p>写作就依照如何写好一篇博客,尽力有条不紊的执行下去!</p>

<p>这么长时间的实践,倒是越来越有专属独立的冥想体验了。主要就是两方面:</p>

<li>静坐</li>

<p>未来继续实践,慢慢琢磨 ~</p>
<p>接下来说一说其他方面的复盘总结。</p>

<p>以前一直苦恼没有办法很好的掌控任务规划、时间安排,具体的问题如下:</p>
<ol>
<li>任务划分不够具体,致使无法具体规划时间量。</li>
<li>无法具体规划时间量,任务进度失控……</li>
</ol>
<p>目前寻找到一个合理的时间安排方案《一刻工作法》,简单来说就是<strong>任何具体的任务量由至少一刻15分钟构成</strong>一天两个小时8 个。一周最少 12 小时学习时间,满负荷安排就是 24 小时。这样简单的规划下来共有 48~96 个时间片。关于任务规划,需要具体到需要多少时间片,单个任务时间片不允许超过 8 个(防止错误估量)。</p>
<p>这样一来,学习方法论雏形基本形成。简述下来是这样的:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>番茄工作法</strong>15 分钟为一个切片,最多不超过 8 个切片2-4 个切片需要安排 15 分钟的休息时间。</li>
<li><strong>任务规划</strong>:采用主、支、日常,三等级规划任务,每日以主任务为主,支任务为辅。</li>
<li><strong>看板</strong>:利用看板快速存档,恢复学习环境,避免每天无法快速开始学习。</li>
<li><strong>计划</strong>:目前采取周计划、季度计划安排工作。</li>
